DISTANCE SELLING AGGREMENT
SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, which the SELLER sells to the BUYER through mesopotamiaarts.com, whose qualifications and sale price are specified below.

CONTRACT
​
Buyer agrees that he has read, understood and is aware of his rights and obligations.
Seller and Buyer agree that there is no disproportionateness between the steps agreed by the contract and that the mutual actions are in accordance with the nature of the work and that they do not have any inexperience within the scope of the transactions that fall under the contract.

Buyer agrees that he has reached a full conclusion that the transactions contained within the scope of the contract are in his own interest and that he will comply with all conditions of his own free will, without any difficulties or difficulties, thinking, willingly and knowingly.
Seller and Buyer agree that the provisions of the contract do not constitute an unfair condition and are not an injustice in terms of the balance of interests.
The provisions of this agreement do not contain any unfair conditions in accordance with the provisions of the regulation regarding the unfair conditions in consumer contracts.The provisions do not violate the rule of honesty and good faith and are prepared in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Domestic and international shipping rates of products are notified on the website before the order is terminated.And the payment is charged by adding it to the order amount.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that he has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price and payment method of the specified contractual product and the delivery and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

The delivery date of the products subject to the contract is normally planned to be shipped within 5 working days if the product is in stock and 9 working days if it is not in stock.If the product cannot be delivered to the cargo within the planned time due to an extra situation in the suitability of the order quantity, stock and workshop or force majeure reasons that the SELLER cannot foresee, the situation is notified to the BUYER.
The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address it indicates within the period described in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's location for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, except for force majeure reasons, provided that the consumer is notified in writing.

In this case, the BUYER may request that the order be canceled, replaced with a similar product, or that delivery be postponed until the obstacle is removed.If the recipient cancels the order; if he made the payment in cash, he will be paid this fee in cash within 14 days of cancellation.If the buyer made the payment by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible for the refusal of the person/organization to be delivered.

The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in accordance with the robust, complete, qualifications specified in the order.For good reason, the SELLER may supply goods or services of equal quality and price to the SELLER before the contractual performance obligation expires.

For the delivery of the product in question of the contract, it is imperative that this contract be confirmed electronically and that the price of the order subject to the contract be paid.If for any reason the product price is not paid or cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed free of the obligation to deliver the product.

CUSTOMS HISTORY AND TAXES

If any Customs Duties are applied in the BUYER's country, the BUYER is responsible for the payment.Shipping postage does not include tariffs and customs duties.BUYER Even if the country will impose customs duties, the SELLER does not collect customs duties from the BUYER.Customs duty is paid by the BUYER at the customs of the RECEIVING COUNTRY.The BUYER is responsible for paying all kinds of tariffs and taxes imposed by Customs.Delays due to customs delays may cause an extension in the average delivery time.
SELLER is not responsible for delivery delays beyond the control of the SELLER.

DELAY AND NON-REALIZATION OF PAYMENT

If the business does not fulfill the payment obligation in this contract in any way, the SELLER may initiate enforcement proceedings, file a credit lawsuit and take other legal action to collect the uncollected product price at the price of the product on the day of delivery and the interest to be operated at current interest rates.

DELIVERY

Your orders are sent with Ptt Standard Postal Service.
When your orders are delivered to mail, you'll be notified by email.
The shipping price for all products you will purchase varies according to the total weight of the cargo and the country it will go to.
The postage is calculated automatically during the completion process of the order.In case of return of the goods, shipping fees are not refundable.

COMPETENT COURT

Any complaints and objections due to this Agreement may be made to the Consumer Issues Arbitral Tribunal or the Consumer Court at the location of the SELLER's residence.
